Academic Counsellor

GyanPath Learning runs test-prep and upskilling programs for college students and working professionals across Maharashtra. Our Baner, Pune centre needs academic counsellors to guide walk-in and online enquiries to the right course.

What you will do

• Counsel students and parents on course selection during centre walk-ins
• Call and follow up on website and webinar leads within 24 hours
• Conduct course demos and convert enquiries to enrolments
• Coordinate batch schedules and fee plans with the operations team
• Maintain enquiry-to-enrolment funnel data in the CRM

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream
• 1 year of counselling, edtech or inside sales experience preferred
• Fluent Hindi, Marathi and English
• Comfortable with enrolment targets and weekend availability
