Customer Care Associate (Voice)

HelloDesk BPO operates a 400-seat contact centre in Salt Lake Sector V handling telecom and DTH customer queries in Bengali and Hindi. We are adding associates for the inbound voice process.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls on billing, recharge and network complaints
• Follow the resolution flow in the CRM and close tickets on first call where possible
• Book field engineer visits for unresolved network issues
• Meet daily targets for average handle time and CSAT
• Escalate abusive or legal-risk calls to the floor supervisor immediately

Requirements

• 12th pass minimum
• Fluent Bengali and working Hindi
• Basic computer typing and dual-screen navigation
• Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends
