Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

VaaniConnect Services runs customer support for fintech and e-commerce clients from its Whitefield, Bengaluru headquarters. This is a fully remote voice-and-email role; you will attend onboarding at the Whitefield office for one week, then work from home.

What you will do

• Handle 60-80 inbound calls and emails daily for a fintech client
• Resolve queries on payments, refunds and KYC status using the client console
• Log every ticket with correct tags and escalate unresolved cases within SLA
• Maintain a quality score above 90 percent on audited calls
• Join daily virtual team huddles and monthly office reviews

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream
• Fluent English and Hindi; Kannada a plus
• Quiet home workspace with broadband of at least 50 Mbps
• 6 months of voice support experience preferred; freshers with strong communication accepted
