Telesales Executive

TalkBridge Solutions runs outbound sales campaigns for insurance and broadband clients from its Nehru Place contact centre. We are hiring telesales executives for the Hindi and English voice process.

What you will do

• Make 120-150 outbound calls daily from the dialer to warm leads
• Pitch insurance and broadband plans using the approved call script
• Update call outcomes and follow-up dates in the CRM after every call
• Close 3-4 sales daily and hand over verified customers to the quality team
• Attend daily huddles and weekly product refresher training

Requirements

• 12th pass minimum; graduates preferred
• Clear spoken Hindi; working English an advantage
• Prior BPO or telesales experience of 6 months preferred
• Comfortable with a fixed-plus-incentive salary structure
