Field Sales Officer

PaisaSetu Finance offers small business loans to shopkeepers and traders across Bengaluru. Our Koramangala branch is hiring field sales officers to build relationships with merchants in the 5th and 6th Block markets.

What you will do

• Visit 20-25 shops daily in assigned Koramangala market clusters
• Explain loan products, collect KYC documents and log leads in the sales app
• Follow up on pending applications and coordinate with the credit team
• Achieve monthly disbursal targets and attend weekly branch reviews
• Maintain relationships with existing borrowers for renewals

Requirements

• 12th pass or graduate; freshers with good communication accepted
• Kannada and Hindi spoken; basic English reading
• Own two-wheeler preferred for market visits
• Comfortable with target-based incentive structure
