Retail Store Associate

StyleNest Fashion runs value-fashion stores across Tamil Nadu and is staffing up its flagship T. Nagar outlet ahead of the festive season. We need energetic store associates for the menswear and kidswear sections.

What you will do

• Greet walk-in customers and guide them to the right sections and sizes
• Restock racks from the back store and maintain size-wise arrangement
• Handle trial room queues and keep return garments folded and tagged
• Support billing counter during peak hours with bagging and security tag removal
• Participate in weekly stock counts and shrinkage checks

Requirements

• 12th pass minimum
• Tamil spoken; basic English helpful
• Well groomed and comfortable standing for full shifts
• Retail or hospitality exposure preferred but not mandatory
