Warehouse Picker & Packer

SwiftJunction Logistics runs a 90,000 sq ft e-commerce fulfilment centre in Bommasandra Industrial Area. We are hiring pickers and packers as order volumes grow ahead of the festive quarter.

What you will do

• Pick items from racks using the handheld scanner as per pick lists
• Pack orders with correct box sizes, dunnage and invoice placement
• Meet hourly pick-pack targets while keeping error rate under 0.5 percent
• Move packed cartons to the dispatch staging area by wave cut-off
• Keep your aisle clean and report damaged stock to the floor lead

Requirements

• 10th pass minimum
• Able to stand and walk for full shifts and lift up to 15 kg
• Comfortable with handheld scanner devices after training
• Freshers welcome; warehouse experience an advantage
